Great connections happen in unexpected places. In addition to Pro Precision Painting, Kurt and Heidi Ramspott own Birdie’s Bakeshop in downtown Washington, Missouri. When Rhonda Lytle of Pennington Partners visited the bakery about a year and a half ago, a casual conversation led to a major opportunity: restoring a landmark building in historic downtown St. Charles for the upcoming Brickstone Kitchen.

Recognizing that the project involved far more than painting, Kurt and Heidi called on Design Build Partners. They highly recommended the talented brother-and-sister duo of Corey Roth and Andrea Davis to bid on the job and serve as the project’s General Contractor.
