This house, constructed in 1883, has endured extensive wear and damage from weather and natural events.

Over the years, the interior has undergone significant renovations, and now the exterior requires high-quality refinishing.

Our work required thorough preparation of each surface before painting, including removing rotted wood and repairing broken trim and soffits. At least 100% of the painted area needed some form of extensive restoration.
