Looking online for a quality painter, Tracy found Pro Precision Painting. After looking at our portfolio, she requested an appointment.
Kurt did an initial walk-through with Tracy and discovered the lovely home had some seriously questionable finish work done when it was originally built, hence the term, “Crack Kills”. Kurt noticed significant cracks in bedroom corners, the expanse in the ceiling in the vaulted ceiling, and more.
He prepared an in-depth proposal, and Tracy accepted. We hope the original images, along with our repairs and final painting, encourage you to consider our outstanding services!

RESTORATION PROCESS
The original construction of the home began to show substandard workmanship.
In literally every bedroom, there were more than 1-2 full corners, floor-to-ceiling, where the drywall was not cut properly or taped and mudded professionally. This caused Tracy much frustration to see the home literally cracking at the seams!
Stephanie and the team began making repairs and Voilá! The home began to look like all new construction once again!
As a team, they began removing damaged materials and misused products to expose the “real” issues in each corner, each crack, and more. Then they moved on to other tape work, nail pops, etc.
No stone was left unturned!
Once all repairs were made, it was time to paint!
