Late in 2025, Ellen Harman reached out to Kurt of Pro Precision Painting as a direct referral of Tim & Rhonda Strothkamp.
Her mother’s home and the home she grew up in needed serious attention.
Stephanie of Pro Precision Painting visited with Ellen and assessed the cedar-sided home, along with the decks and porches. She developed a plan, and Ellen approved.
What you see here is a labor of love to restore the home along with the Harman’s peace of mind!

RESTORATION PROCESS
Original Condition:
- Naturally faded cedar-sided house
- Nail pops
- Dry and cracking wood
- Failing window caulk, etc.
- Woodpecker and squirrel damage
Stephanie and the team tenderly softwashed and powerwashed 100% of the home and decking. All broken and rotted areas were treated and repaired. They also removed nearly 95% of the old weather caulking to reinstall newer products that will last for years beyond our work.
After days of preparation, it was time to paint and stain!
