PAM & MIKE KLUMP
When Mike and Pam announced they were looking to have their home painted, previous customers of Pro Precision Painting, Miles and Gina Faust, were ready to give a reference and vouch for us as their home painters.
The Klumps have a charming farmhouse located in outer Union, Missouri.
Pam loves the color yellow, but her home had faded to a shade she no longer desired. We met with them to discuss a solution, and with the help of Sherwin-Williams, we narrowed down the color selection for the siding and other areas.
Our team truly connected with our customer. As an added bonus for this project, we’re including pictures of our fun activities.

BEAUTIFICATION PROCESS
Starting Condition
- Well-aged paint.
- Fading and failing caulk.
- Considerable algae.
Long-term quality painting requires preparation.
- We softwashed the entire exterior of the home.
- Replaced failing exterior caulk.
- Patched areas are facing water damage.
- Painted 100% of the surfaces we prepped.

- Wood Trim – Sherwin-Williams Exterior Acrylic Latex paint – Duration – Satin Finish
