About Us

Kurt and his daughter Stephanie Ramspott are the ones leading Pro Precision Painting. While Kurt is in the field meeting and greeting customers, making sales and acting as the overall visionary for the company Stephanie executes the vision at field level. It’s an ideal 1-2 punch. They work hand in hand, they communicate well and their customers know they have their needs taken care of.

It’s not always perfect.

They occasionally butt heads – however – as a Daddy-Daughter duo they always come back to center and make sure their team is taken care of. When the team is taken care of, the customer is surely taken care of.

Sir Richard Branson, world leading entrepreneur states, “Customers do not come first, employees do. When you take care of the employee, they take care of the customer”. He’s right. Both Kurt and Stephanie put a tremendous amount of work in to creating the most significant environment for their employees, and as a result, their customers needs are almost always superseded.

The Ramspott’s

Kurt and Heidi Ramspott are the parents to ten amazing children. They have 6 girls and 4 boys. As well as 6 amazing grandchildren.

Heidi has been home schooling the children since late 1995 and will have taught 39 years the minute her youngest son graduates. Not to mention, she is owner of Birdie’s Bakeshop. A specialty bakery dedicated to creating one of a kind, event based or holiday themed individualized shortbread sugar cookie creations and more. Located in Washington, Missouri.

Kurt leads the family, runs the company, and when he can, sneaks away to do some serious bass fishing in lakes, ponds or rivers. Trust us, he’ll tell you many fish catching stories if you let him.

As a couple they enjoy spending time with their church family and friends, other home school families, serving others and making the world a better place.

Together as parents and business owners they do their best to love God and Love people. Not always easy, but an everlasting goal.

God is good!
