Learn about Our Team and Culture
Pro Precision Painting is a team of dedicated professionals. We’re ready to do what ever it takes to make your desires a reality
Kyle McClaskey
Kyle has been painting professionally for over ten years. He learned the trade from growing up under the tutelage of his loving father and becoming part of his father’s painting company. When it was time, Kyle stepped out on his own. "My dad has taught me the meaning of quality over quantity. How to be honorable in all I do and to treat others (especially my customers) the same as I would want to be treated."
Pro Precision Painting Hard at Work on a Project
We tried as hard as we could to get the guys to sit still, however, they wanted to keep right on working.
Andrew Ingrassia
Andrew has been Kyle‘s right hand man on several exterior and interior projects. Always ready for a challenge Andrew meets each project with a ’can-do will-do" attitude.
Keith McClaskey
Keith is Kyle‘s father. As only a loving father could, Keith taught Kyle the ins and outs of painting, the ups and downs of business and what it means to be a man of your word. If you want to know why we’ve never given a refund, never had a complaint or call back for shoddy work - you can trace it all to Keith.
Tim Martin
Tim is a steady and reliable production team member. With a heart of gold Tim looks for ways to make each job memorable for the customer and his crew.
Daniel Martin
Brother to Tim, Daniel also comes from a heritage of young men where your word, is your word, and it’s value is backed up by how you support it. Daniel works hard at making sure promises are kept and exceeded.
Kurt Bahr
Kurt is a trusted team member at Pro Precision Painting. Husband to Jennifer and father to five wonderful children, Kurt has served his country well in the United States Air Force. He also believes in the value of small government and has been an incredible state representative.
Our Charitable Culture
We’ve found a charity we can get behind in more ways than one.
A Father’s Great Love (AFGL) is a ministry dedicated to training mentors to work with men encountering an unexpected pregnancy. Through their training they teach men to be dedicated fathers. As well, men who support the idea of whole families. AFGL works with local pregnancy care centers in St. Louis. Should an opportunity present itself through one of these agencies, we’re prepared to open a position for a young father. He can learn new skills to support his new family. AFGL’s founder, our sales leader, Kurt Ramspott speaks at banquets, fundraisers and volunteer awareness meetings. He built an online disciple academy which provides initial training and long-term support for pregnancy care centers, youth ministries and evangelical ministries. His leadership development and fatherhood resources have been renewed are available through this website. As an added bonus, you can listen to one, or both broadcasts of Kurt with Focus on the Family.
