Colton’s Steakhouse

Full-scale general contractor FARCO from Batesville, Arkansas, reached out to Pro Precision Painting when they found themselves in a difficult situation. They needed quality interior painting services and were facing tight deadlines to reopen Colton’s Steakhouse in Washington, Missouri, for the new owner, John Hinson.

Kurt Ramspott, the owner of Pro Precision Painting, established a well-thought-out communication plan with FARCO’s project manager, Patrick Thompson. Together, they coordinated weekly plans to ensure that every milestone was achieved on time.
