BEFORE & FINISHED PRODUCT

GREENVIEW MATERIALS

Businessmen John and Duncan Whittington (father and son) approached Pro Precision Painting to turn around their facility from the original color of their building to something new and refreshed. They wanted something that represented their vision more aptly. We decided on Light French Gray for the exterior walls and traditional classic white for trim, concrete, and gutters. As well we converted the older brown entryway to Tricorn Black. All in all, giving the building a much more professional and presentable image.

Task

RESTORATION PROCESS

Greenview Materials in Washington, MO has its sales office, warehousing, and recycling services in a 32,000-square-foot building. Their services include- grinding, baling, toll grinding, sorting, certified destruction, and wood pallet recycling. Their services are cutting edge, however, the faded original paint of the building said otherwise.

We painstakingly prepared every metal surface for proper paint adhesion. We performed a soft wash and power wash on all metal surfaces to ensure adequate paint adhesion. Not one square inch of substrate was left unattended. As a result, we were able to paint with ease their new colors.
