KAREN STARNES
Long-time customer Karen Starnes contacted Pro Precision Painting to fix a main wall and ceiling that had shifted since their home was reconstructed. Over a decade ago, the Starnes’ home was rebuilt after a major fire, and now, with recent storm damage, a main wall had numerous cracks in the installed drywall seams that needed repair and painting.

RESTORATION PROCESS
The Original Condition
- Main support structural wall
- More than 50% of seams are split, cracking, or warped
- Damage results from house shifting in serious storms in St. Louis
- Needing new paint
(Though tough to see with these photographs, the damage was significant.)
Team Members Jeovane and Amber did fabulous work in preparing the home to stay clean and make necessary repairs.
Here is what they did;
- Securely covered floors (carpet, tile, and wood)
- Appropriately cover tables, chairs, etc.
- Make repairs
