Spotlight:  Family Partners Executive Director Lauren Erdelen

We are taking time out of our schedule this Friday to put the spotlight on Lauren Erdelen of Family Partners one of our fabulous new commercial painting partners.

Family Partners of Des Peres, Missouri provides two unique services: Adult day services and Assisted living homes.

Their adult day services were developed by home care industry veterans, Barth Holohan and Mark Tamboli.  Both men agreed starting an adult day services center and an assisted living home for those with dementia would aid the community, its elderly population and their caregivers in a new and valuable way.

Second, they developed assisted living homes which provide the most cost-effective and stimulating environment for those with dementia. Homes are nestled within a residential neighborhood.  Their facilities are able to provide 24/7 care in a safe, friendly environment with all of the benefits and comforts of home.

Yet, none of this would operate and provide people with the loving care they deserve without the services of Lauren. Her leadership through compassion is what sets her apart and above most executive directors. Blending a balance of leadership through caring is her key to success.

Meeting company deadlines is important. Tackling issues as a leader of a small business is taxing. However in the end, it’s Lauren’s heart to see people served compassionately is core to what keeps her going and gives her the drive to continue.
