In September 2023, small business owner Joe Ferguson rented a new and improved space on the Riverfront in Washington, MO to Heidi of Birdie’s Bakershop. Joe owns the successful business, Revolution Cycles, and during the rental process, he discovered that Heidi’s husband Kurt is the actual owner of Pro Precision Painting. A deal was struck between all, and Kurt’s team revitalized the exterior of Joe’s home and rental property.
